Very high latency

anyone else experiencing this? I'm leveling an alt with kicks 1-110 profile and all day so far my latency has been at a minimum of 1000 ms.. I noticed that this is partially due to playing in the 32 bit version. Any advice for this?

when i star HB I get this message

[ProfileCompatibilityInfo-35bd38(warning)] PROFILE COMPATIBILITY WARNINGS:
* Latency (1527ms) is absurdly high (expected 850ms latency, maximum).


the bot still runs but at a very inefficient speed, thus resulting in many deaths due to the latency issue. Ive also seen it above 1500 ms.

 

Any idea why this is happening?
