Can't log into the Buddy Store

Hey guys, I just got my bot working the basics after a bit but for some reason I cannot get into the Buddy Store to get more addons. This is a bit frustrating, any ideas?

 

I can log onto here just fine but I cannot access the store for some sweet premium bots.

 

Yeah I have gone through everything I can't seem to find what the issue is

I bought a month ago and I did not get any of the email, or any key they only take money
Wayne I sent Emil to him no one no one responds

 

I messaged one of the moderators on the forum instead of the email.
