At times it can get congested, and sometimes there are delays with any payment provider, if you haven't already, check buddyauth and if after 24-48 hours your key is still not in there or received by email, then email support@thebuddyforum.com as they are the ones that can look into it, and not typically the forum staff.
Support emailed me and said I could get it from the website .... How ? Not understanding this, idk why they could not just resend it to my email, makes no sense.
register in www.buddyauth.com using the same email you used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key
I did, now where is the key? I've gotten two emails from you guys saying the exact same thing. I still don't see a key. I don't understand why I haven't been emailed the key like always, its a little crazy.
Where is the keys tab? I don't know why this has become such an issue. I have had email contact with them and still they won't just email me the key. I do not understand why that is such a problem. I have been using honor buddy for awhile and all of a sudden they can't just email me my key? What sense does that make. If they "sent" it originally, it should not be a problem To just resend it.
Charles Hughes, they don't email the key because its on your account. Please login to buddyauth with the email address you bought the key with (like Tony said). Under KEYS TAB you will see the key.
