Look at Victoria Park in London, always get loads of Dratini there. Also Cardiff Castle is good, though I've no idea how taffy and brummy Pokemon communicate.
What about: 52.481 -1.90442 with a radius of 999? that seems to cover the bull ring, and all the other spots.
Saved for posterity, am updating to the next migration: 12th January 2017 - 11th Migration update. Nests have updated to the 11th Migration, this is what the below nests have changed to. Area20 - Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a Scyther nest. Other Areas, in this guide: Bull Ring, Birmingham, England Trafford Shopping Center, Manchester, England Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, England Cardiff Castle (Bute Park is currently a Doduo nest), Cardiff, Wales <---- highly recommended Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh, Scotland Edinburgh Zoo, Edinburgh, Scotland
Its on the list. i have tried a few times to squeeze it in on the bay map, but sadly you have to log in, in the middle of the water.
There is no such thing as a Dratini nest anymore. If you want Dratini use area 10, Holland Park and auto swipe Dratini in a radius of 140km. You'll catch everything along the Thames.
I log in on the barrage about half way down and a radius of 750m the bot walks up and down the barrage. Has to be separate from the main part of the bay though.
I'll have a look at it, and try and come up with the best coords and radius, and add it to the guide at some point.
