      Honorbuddy was unable to Launch Safely.
      Error code : 203.


      Already installled every version of vcredist that i could find

      ok, answering myself.

      used the Installer for the first time since i use HB that fixed the problem. i think it installed something more that wasnt on my system since the new OS installation
