[PAID] Daily Studio: Legion World Quests and Treasures

Hello I'm having problems with this profile that I bought in the store of you, because I can not make it work and I would like you to explain me well in noob language how do I work it. Thank you very much, if you could give me step by step how to make it work. thank you so much.

 

Hey there. It is really pretty simple. I'll give you a few easy steps.

1. Get the free Studio Companion from the store (make sure you are logged in)

2. Check on the store under My Purchases that both the daily quests and the companion are enabled (like in the screenshot).



3. Open Honorbuddy and activate the plugin. To see that you may have to activate "Enhanced Mode". Then click "Plugins" and put a checkbox next to "Studio Companion" (activating this takes a few seconds the first time, so be patient)



4. Now you can select the "Studio Companion" entry in the Plugins list and click Settings, but that are a few too many steps to do each time you want to run the bot. You should also get a small "Studio60" icon in the bottom right of your WoW window. You can either left click that to open the settings or you can right click it and start World Quests directly. This icon only shows up when the Companion is active.



5. In the Companion window you have a menu called "Legion > World Quests". In there you will find a start button, but also tons of configuration options to set it up the way you want it. I'll not go into details for those. I am sure you can figure this out in your own time.

ABSOLUTELY do NOT run this bot on broken shore quests if you have flying it will get you stuck under a ledge. Of course never leave a bot abandoned but I'm sure mine was stuck under a ledge trying to fly up it for about 4 or 5 hours today. Not sure if I'm banned yet. Will have to see, its been stuck before but I usually stop it. Not sure if you can disable flying for broken shore quests??

Very serious issue.

 

Relax. I run this daily on multiple accounts with and without flying with the Broken Shore zone priority always set to High. This has NOT happened to me.

Since flying navigation around ledges are performed by Honorbuddy, I would urge you to report this to Bossland in their navigation thread so they can fix this. That is by far the better course of action than advising potentially thousands of customers to not use my product, because you encountered one bug one time and are not even producing a log so it can even be checked and/or addressed.

And I am not allowed to forcibly disable flying. I discussed this at length with the Bossland staff and they don't want me to implement this. I know other developers have it in their product, but that means they are most likely working against store policy and have snuck this feature in. If you want to disable flying on the Broken Isles, get the free Keep on moving plugin. It offers the functionality you want and is not on the store, so he was able to implement it.

I am not sure what you mean. The quests are all designed for level 110 since that is when you unlock world quests. Invasion world quests can be completed starting at level 100.

If you refer to the standard leveling quests from Bossland than yes, those can also still be run at level 110.

 

Is it possible for the bot to perform all quests after reaching level 110?
Because I have a message that says "it has nothing more to do", then that is false!

 

Of course that is possible. The product is primarily aimed at level 110.

Please post a log to this thread, the next time that happens (Guide: How to Attach your Log).

You should also take a look at the world quest list of the Studio Companion. The text color of the quests in that window is important.

Blue = Can be completed
White = Could be completed, but your own settings prevent it from being used
Red = Disabled due to a bug (either in the profile or on Blizzard's side)
Grey = No profile yet (will be added as soon as I get to it)

Yes. To be found if you open the Studio Companion and go to the "Legion" > "Treasures & Rares" menu.

 

Help! On my druid no matter the options I select it will start with running highmountain quests. I have even tried setting everything to never except a specific zone ie Azuna and Court of Farondis and it will still run highmountain random WQ first. If I select a specific quest it will run it with no issues. This is present on 4-5 of my characters but not on others. please help!

 

I assume you play on north american realms, the quest you are talking about is "Assault on Thunder Totem" and you missed the big red text in the log saying that this quest is always done first regardless of settings, because it messes with the flight paths. Am I right?

If I am wrong, please post a log as it is required in the thread management rules, so I can assess the situation. A screenshot of your settings might also help. The order selection is pretty solid and an error is most likely either the aforementioned oversight or a misconfiguration of the settings.

 

Actually thats exactly the quest! I believe that message got spammed out of the window and Im sure I did miss that. So after that quest gets run does it then adhere to the settings I specify? yes im on NA realms

 

Yes. It is just an exception for that one quest to avoid navigation issues. Afterwards the normal priorities kick back in. I believe it would be possible to remove that exception now since HB altered the way flightpaths are handled, but back in the day it was the only way to make sure it is safe.

Pet battle world quests can be completed if you have the following pets on level 25 in rare quality:

1x Teroclaw Hatchling
1x Sprite Darter Hatchling
1x Unborn Val'kyr
1x Ikky
1x Darkmoon Tonk
1x Chrominius
1x Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
1x Snail (Mudshell Conch or Rapana Whelp or Rusty Snail or Scooter the Snail or Shimmershell Snail or Silkbead Snail)

You can then enable the option for the world quests and the bot will complete them for you. Most of those quests have a (!) in the companion window that will tell you which pets are required for that specific quest.
