So if you upgrade your Battle Chest account to Legion you get a free Lvl 100 Character Boost with it. This thing is also account bound to Battle.net. I have a main Wow1 and Wow2 license, the second one which has been banned before I could upgrade it to legion. Now I want to boost a character on my main account which is Legion already. My second account is eligible for the upgrade through the account panel on the website. Bear in mind the license is suspended but it could still be upgraded through a key. Do you think this will work and give me that boost on my main account I want? Thnx -sanneh "botting is my edge"
Hello, Nothing 100% sure. But in my opinion, it will work. The ban isn't on the "account", but on the connection. Your char still exist, but you can't connect on. if you take the boost, it will bind it to your battle net account. when you will log in witrh your main account, it will check your battle net account, and see you have a boost available. I've tested this, but not with a banned/suspended account. But imo, should work as intend
You can NOT upgrade suspended or banned accounts. Unless the suspension has lifted no, it will not work the way you think it will. Just make a new starter account and do it all, battle chest is only 10$ if you upgrade through the character select screen
Even if you can upgrade it, the boost is only for the license directly attached to the legion account.
That is false. It can be used on any wow license attached to THAT battle.net account. Its been that way since late WoD.
Blizz made the bonus boosts battle.net wide a while ago. I still have 2x100 and 1x90 boosts on one of my accounts, claimable on any of the wow licenses on it.
Originally they were not from what I remember, so I just assumed they were still that way, but that's good to know thank you.
Yep, but since blizz ran some promo, I think in may-june 2016, when gifting lvl 90 boosts to accounts not subbed for 6 months +, I activated a dozen of old bots and all received lvl 90 boosts. Back then, they were not battle.net account-wide, but since Legion or so, we may claim it on any active account.
