Not sure what is going on with this one honestly. Appears to be an issue with the BOT or the plug-in itself but mine is working fine on this end when tested from the repo. Go through and reinstall everything and try again. If you have anything else loaded on the bot I would take it off or turn it off for now and try it again in case there is some sort of interference for whatever reason.

 

I cannot for the life of me get this to actually really gather collectibles for aethersand.

I'm at 1040 perception, and have 671gp. (All HQ gear, few melds for perception,) and most of the time it'll just run through the rotation without getting any actual collectibles for aetherial reduction. The only ones that seem to work so far are Almandine and Schorl.

It seems like it's using the same old Discerning Eye > Methodical Appraisal.. Isn't DE >MA, DE > MA, Single Mind > MA better?

Or even using the Impulsive Appraisal rotation?

I know this is more of an ExBuddy/EntraxBuddy problem, but it seems to trivialize the entire profile.

Also just witnessed it use 4x Methodical Appraisal... With nothing else, resulting in a complete waste of an emph node.

 

I am working on a few things and plan on making some changes to the profiles in the future to be more compatible with Entrax's version but it is honestly not on the top of my priority list at the moment.

The only reason you would run into issues of this nature, which has been posted a number of times throughout this thread, is if you are failing to meet the threshold for the item. By default, it is set to a 515 collect. The logic in the plugin will prioritize meeting this requirement above all else, even if that means using 4 appraisals with only 4 attempts. You can drop this a bit lower using the setting stones in the profile header (have them labeled as well for ease of use) but the lower you go, the lower your sands yield will be as well. For this I recommend going as high as you can on your perception. You can get the blue weapons with Yellow Scrips and I personally have materia melded in HQ gear for my setup to get the best possible results.

Great work Queen, i was wondering if you can add the low gathering nodes too, i'm lvling crafting and had to farm lots of stuffs and cant find anything to gather them, i remember there was something on the botbase you can just right what you need and how many and the bot will do the rest, so of you can do that it would be great <3

 

I have profiles setup to gather items of lower levels already, they are just in the Standard Items folder. Take a look through there and see if what you are looking for is in those profiles, they are pretty big. If for some reason what you are after is not in there to help you level, let me know and I will have a look.

 

Hey! I appreciate all the hard work you've done, absolutely love the profiles. I just have one small problem. I was having an issue with what i thought was RB, it wasn't changing jobs before moving to new or differing nodes. At first I thought it was because of an update it asked for but i did a fresh install of RB and still had the problem, and was curious if anyone else or you may know of a solution, I had to manually switch jobs from Miner to Botanist around the teleport to the Dawn Throne, will upload my log from the recent session.

 

Only 2 things I can think of from looking through the log is that ExBuddy is having issues conflicting with another plug-in or the gearset numbers are not set correctly in the CodeChunks section. Aside from this, if you are in combat enabled zone and you start the profile with Summon Chocobo on, it will override the switch set code as well. Make sure you check through the codechunks to ensure they are set correctly and start this in a non-combat enabled zone (Rhalgar/Kugani). From there is you are still getting issues try to remove everything but ExBuddy from the plug-ins to ensure no conflict is happening.

 

I can't believe I completely missed this.. During my reinstall I redownloaded the profiles and mixed up my botanist and miner gear sets in the profile. I appreciate the help though!

 

Profile seems to be just be farming crystals now, did 4.1 break it?

 

4.1 Broke the Yellow Scrip Gathering for the majority, haven't tried any other profiles.
Gonna assume item slots switched up since new Gathering items were introduced.

 

Seems to have broken the Aetherial Sand gathering profile as well.

 

Sorry for being away fro some time on this one. I have been working to get everything updated for Entrax's version but unfortunately Mid-Terms and other projects have required more attention as of late. I will see if these are still borked after getting everything updated to the Entrax version. Thank you both for the update though.

 

Is this profile broken? It seems to navigate correctly, but then upon reaching it's destination it will just make the character repeatedly jump up and down in place.

Every time I reach a node the mount is unable to land unless I manually input. Is there a way to correct this as I have tried updating exbuddy and reinstalling. It flies up and down very rapidly and says command can not be executed while jumping

 

I apologize but I've looked around these files many times, however, I'm having trouble finding the "CodeChunks" section to input my gear sets. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an issue.
When i try to use the standard items matérial farm 61-70 i see this :

"Reference to undeclared entity 'RawKyanitew'. Line 191, position 40."

And when i remove the two w in the code i have another issue and rebornbuddy load profiles 1-50...

Red scripts component of Single Gathering Both Mining and Botanist and dual profile Mining and Botanist do not actually "collect" the item as a "collectable" item.

When the bot starts, it appears to function exactly as intended. It wait within the town space for the right time and proceeds to fly to the zone to which the node is about to spawn at.

I have manually turned the Collectors Glove on and also left it off.

When it approaches the node, it proceeds to "collect" the item without following any form of rotation or turn the collectors glove on.

When i arrive at the node, it turns the collectors glove off, or if it is off leaves it off and proceeds to collect the basic version of the item.

I am attempting to run this to collect RED scripts for turn in but it does not work.

Can anyone provide any information to this?

1) Why is not using the collectors glove?
2) Why is only harvesting the basic version of the item and not the collectable version?

I have Exbuddy and all other plugins required and have farmed from 60-70 for both mining and Botany. Currently i have 636 GP.

Please help!
