That might be why no one has responded. So please email support@thebuddyforum.com with your request and they can further assist you from there.
They do but you are not the only one asking for help so patience does the trick. There are also things like weekends, different time zones or the simple fact that people do not really give enough info to be able to help. If you write an email in a friendly way describing your issue and add all info we night need to help you, you ALWAYS get an answer asap. Asap does not mean in minutes but normally in 24-48 hours.
