Please make sure Windows Defender is actually completely shut off. It does like to hide and loves to interrupt Unknownbuddy silently. Also please redownload the latest version of Unknownbuddy (just to rule it out)
Can you please try the product on another computer? Given the error code you shared in the screenshot, I am inclined to believe its either antivirus related (as it wont allow the process into the memory) or its a PC issue. By testing out on another device we can at least show you, that the product works and then you can narrow down whats happening on your PC.
The issue might be with the laptop, how much ram do you have vrs how much memmory is in use when running the game and Unknownbuddy? Also remember to keep steam and PUBG completely closed before starting Unknownbuddy, after its opened and you have waiting a min or two, THEN open steam/PUBG
