Hello, I was banned within 30 minutes after being told by your reseller Mar1k that it was guaranteed undetectable. I did not use Aimbot, Item ESP or Vehicle ESP i only used the player ESP and got 1 kill within the whole time at point blank with a shotgun (I saw him without the ESP) (I made call outs for my teammates using the player ESP) i was told the contact you by the reseller for a full refund of the purchase amount
We do not typically refund for a reseller giving incorrect or false information. Also we cant issue refunds via the forums try contacting support@thebuddyforum.com explain to them exactly what the reseller "promised" you. We might need to review him as a reseller if hes claiming such things. Also before you do that, who does it say you made a payment to?
