I request that someone investigate these characters accordingly.

Lets start by saying, Both profiles are totally clean and neither one, has keylogger, or any virus at all. There isn't such a possibility, cause you cannot create keylogger in profiles. .xml files are.. Well, they aren't excantly programming language. So it can't Run it as a program. They are more like databases. Please tell as where you got the ban? What did the ban email exantly say? And have you sold any gold or perhaps spammed something on chat?
