same issue here, please see the log attached I also tried move to exit point manually , then it reset the save data, but don't start new run
I've updated the navmesh server, please see if that has resolved the issue. I've had a hard time remaining connected to try and diagnose the issue.

I'm still not feeling 100% so I wasn't able to stay up late and update. I've pushed updated offsets, no need for a new download. I'm going to try and push a build out later today with a updated item list.
