I'm a new user and I've uninstalled NET and C++ files and I've also run the Buddy Wizard which is stating that I have all the required files. At this point, I'm totally stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated

That profile requires exbuddy there are a few different versions of it floating around, this is one someone linked earlier https://github.com/Entrax643/ExBuddy Put exbuddy folder in the plugins folder, third party stuff like this doesn't have any official support tho if its broken, you'll need to contact the creator.
