Sorry to piggy back off this post. Forum wont let me create a new one saying it looks like spam. I created an order a week ago and it said key is pending manual review. It's been a week and no response. Also submitted email to support and no response. Anywhere else I can try for assistance?
I can poke bossland but your best option is to check and verify the payment did not go thru and try again with a different card.
transaction still pending. will probably fall off if not claimed or fully processed by bossland i assume. Will try another card.
Please check your spam folders, several members have found the manual keys that are being sent out in their spam.
