I purchased a key about 5 days ago and have not received my key. I tried to send an email asking for help, but the email address I used to purchase the KEY cannot be sent to support@thebuddyforum.com
Hi, another user said they had problems emailing that address, and they tried a different email and it worked. Email support is the only person that can help with undelivered key issues etc.

I've reached out but not heard back. Your best bet is to try purchasing a again using a different card and making sure all the contact details are correct. People often put in gibberish for the name or address and then wonder why the order gets flagged as potential fraud.
In the case of credit cards, the temporary hold falls off i think after 7-14 days. For debit cards the amount is returned after the same time.
I made the payment on July 27th, and it has been over 14 days since then. I haven't received the key or the refund.
It should fall off still within a few days as it's definitely just a hold. Sent you a pm with some details
