I bought a 6month 3 session kids from the website, and recently it is been auto crashed due to Issue with auth heartbeat This key has been used in the China region recently. You can use your key only on one region at a time. Your session on the Europe region has been invalidated. I did not give it to anyone in China region and only my friend and I in NA are using it, we both had the same crushing problem by these, if there is anything i can do to prevent ppl steal my key or i had to buy a new one.
Unless you've posted your key somewhere like on a discord its highly unlikely that someone's stolen your key. Make sure neither of you have the china region selected on the login screen.
If the issue still persists, i can change the key, but that only works, if you are the one that originally paid for.
We are having the exact same problem. This only began to happen during the recent update and now on occasion I am kicked from my session because of the same prompt in this post. There was never any reveal of the product key beforehand but now after the update someone has gotten access to it. and is kicking my sessions out randomly. My friend has sent a ticket about it and it should be visible to be worked on around now. Since they are the one who pooled the payment it's easier to work on since you dont have to ask who owns the key.
I cannot view tickets. I am looking to see if there has been some other compromise, but from my examination this morning I do not see any evidence.

As far was we know It just happens randomly. Sometimes it even happens just as soon as we log in to resume our orders. The most it has ever happened was right after the new update / savage release. This problem has never occured in the months prior. It is entirely new to us and I highly doubt any of us even shared the product key to anyone other than ourselves. I've attached some log files of reborn on the occasions where it just closes due to max sessions. The same final line is always the auth' heartbeat error saying that it was used in china, and thus it invalidates our current europe session
Yea. We are not "maxed out." My current theory is that there is an issue with the dns failing over to the cn region and then it kills the session. I've disabled the ip failover. If the issue persists and you are sharing a key, make sure everyone has manually selected Europe as their region Still need a key so i can investigate
I am not the one who paid but I am one of the three who 'paid' for their share of the 3 person 6 month package. I do have the product key if you would like it. The one who paid for the whole package is hai, the other commenter in this thread. If that is okay with you, I can dm you the product key. Also, as of writing this, rebornbuddy closed itself again. I did not use the Europe but 'bestlatency' so I will attempt to run this for a long period on the 'europe' region as per your solution on the setting to see any changes.
I've had it on the Europe server for a day. It worked fine for two whole days but just right now it was kicked again for the auth heartbeat key being used in china again. It was a temporary solution but now it's back to square one. Again to clarify I'm one of the members using hai's key. I think changing the product key is the only solution we have now, since selecting europe as a region to connect to still kicks us every now and then.
I've dispatched a new key, if the issue persists, don't reconnect after being disconnected so i can examine the state of the session
