Hello, I submitted a ticket regarding my RB key just shy of a week ago without any response. Seems like forums are a better way to get a response than support, so posting here in hopes that this can get resolved. My ticket number is #221520 It's odd I'm having this issue now since I've used basically identical credentials without issue in the past.
I don't have access to support tickets, i can check if the order was processed if you provide that number
My order number is #326829. I checked bank statements and it looks like there's nothing related to the charge on them for some reason.
I don't see it in the database either which means it was probably declined and set to refund, i would try ordering with a different card and make sure the user details are correct.
