Can you use .dll as plugin?

Just wondering can you create a Dll in vs2010 or any other creation program and load it in as a plugin via honorbuddy?

Just made a fully working upload and download system for profiles, connects to online database which allows users to upload via the program and download it. ALso allows them to search the online database by autor or the overall name.

 

I like the idea of what you did, but would like somebody with alot more knowledge about such things to check it out. Nothing against you wow471980, but taking no chances.
But it would be very helpful!

yeah maybe might just make the dll 3rd party then and create a form for it. that would be easier then.
