      Hi together,

my old botting computer is gone :/

Building my own computer is no problem, but i don't know what hardware i need for running 3 - 6 WoW + HB (GB2/AB). My old computer could only handle 2 GB2, and that not very well ;-)
RAM i think 8 GB would be enough. But what cpu and gpu would you recommend me?
for my personal usage i only use 2GB2, but would like to have a few more slots available ;-) The computer will be only for botting purposes, and if my gf wants to play she can play her facebook games on this computer ;-)

Botting is my hobby, not my daily job ;-)

      Thanks,
      Fry

      I'm currently running :

      Intel? Coreā„¢2 Quad Processor Q8300
      4 Gigs of Ram
      nVidia GeForce GTX 260

So it's alright, but nothing amazing.. And I easily run 3 WoW+HB.. (40-70% CPU Usage usually).. I would probably recommend getting more RAM if you can, cause I'm usually running at 85-95% there..

First WOW demands CPU more then GPU, and as you can and should play wow on low when you bot you don?t need a to great GPU.

When it comes to CPU remember that you need to fit the ram to the CPU for example Intel i7 uses 3 channel memory and then you have 3 or 6 or 12 or 24 GB of ram, while i5 runs 2 channel and that makes you need 2 or 4, 8 , 16, 32 GB ram.

Practicly any new pc you buy today can run 6 copies of wow if they arn?t based on an ion or atom or something.

Well, it comes down to what kind of hardware you want, INTEL or AMD? and and kind of of diffrent, 8 gigs of ram dossnt tell much. how is the latency voltage and frequensy on the ram, what kind of Graphics card you want, and all together it has to go together. you cant put an intel in an AM3 Socket because its made for AMD. its all up to ur budget.

      any questions please ask.
Hope you find what you need.

if you do not bot for income, i whuld suggest you get AMD phenom 4core, lower price enoth power to juice multible bots, and Mid-Low end graphics card (haveing trubble with this please ask), I whuld strogly recomend Crosshair Formula motherboard with some Dominator 1600mhz ram to go with it. also a 550-700W Powersupply to go with that. its not the most expensive setup yet strong enoth to do what you want do to on it.
