I just use my main accounts for selling. I got 4 accounts current, leveling a multibox team of shamans, and I just use random characters of my accounts to sell the ingame goods via ah, private buyers, vendors etc.
People are funny, he will NOT share his knowledge. The true problem with him is competitive advantage. Anybody can buy a Bossland's bot, anybody can sell his/her gold, so if everybody has the same level of knowledge about this business, the supply will go wild, and the price will drop to the point that you get only sh!t from what you're doing. That's what happen recently. That's why he will not share his knowledge. He want to let Blizzard clean out the inexperienced ones, less cunning ones, less technology-savvy ones. Bossland gives you the tool, and you've paid for it. What's left is how you help yourself survive in this rat-race. This industry is no longer a game, it's already a millions business, so it's seriously competitive. Bossland already did his job, and he did it well. The rest is yours.
I using my top secret shiny method over 2 year and never been banned for gold selling, dont know if it matter, but i selling only my private customers(for example 100k last week).
I made a deal with my friend, he gets 30% of the gold he gets for selling all my shit, just having my bots endless delivering to him in gbank and mail Makes it so easy for me to earn gold
Ive been using my vanilla account for selling my stuff but Im considering switching to farmer accounts due to the extra cost of running the vanilla and since Ive scaled down to just 2 bots. The main reason I was using a vanilla was for selling gold and the fact that I couldnt handle all the mats I was bringing in efficiently. Also the added bonus was that I could just leave the auction house bot running all day but not anymore
isn't that kinda putting all(or atleast several) "eggs" in one "basket"? cause it seems like blizz might target a guild selling lots and lots of herbs/ore and ban the bunch of 'em. just curious, has happed to you before? -HoH
An old account I was botting with (back then I was using Pirox), I put all my crap into a guild bank that was shared with 3 friends. When Blizzard nabbed the account, nothing in the guild bank was touched, and they didn't target any of my friend's accounts. Not sure how it would go if all the accounts on the bank were detected though...
By doing this Blizzard would have to ban my guild that consists of 70 players (with me and a friend being the only bot). If they did this it would be yet another opportunity to ban people that didn't deserve it.
See I would have no problem sharing my methods because if it really came to competition with someone else on my server, its not hard for that other person to get banned. All of my friends know that I bot, and they all reap the rewards of it. For that I have their loyalty and also their protection. They see another botter in one of the areas that I bot, I know for a fact that they report them. I have never asked them to do this, but they do to protect the economy. Too many "kids" now are buying this bot and going crazy farming 24/7 and dumping everything into the market causing it to crash. They are happy farming 100 stacks of lichbloom and selling it for 2k a day. I on the other hand am not happy making 2k a day. Over these last 2 weeks I have went from making 10-15k per day down to around 5k per day. This is horrible and its because of all the noobie botters that are looking for a quick buck. I really hope the botters that I am talking about that are on my server are not HB/GB users from her. One specifically admitted to botting 14 hrs per day and getting around 70 stacks of lichbloom to me. He spams trade all day selling them for 30g a stack and has dropped the price from 45-60g/stack down to 30.
