Ok I've tried several CC's but they don't appear to be the problem, I've also tried 3 different grind profiles for my lvl 69 warrior in Wotlk zones to grind, but it simply won't do anything, just says Loading Tile/s and sits there. I've tried fresh installs aswell, same problem.

This isn't the problem mate, I left it standing until it went way and eventually went offline, 3 times now.
Fixed. You were almost right mate. I changed my Mesh folder and it's running flat-out. I wondr if it's because I have botted in both realms and some of the file names are the same or something? Anyway works like a treat cheers for the help sir
