ProfessionBuddy - An Mining & Harvesting 1 - 300 Plugin

So switch the bot to gatherbuddy?

 

It's skipping quite a few herbs in Elwyn Forest, hmm.

 

While using 1-525 profile that comes with PB in outlands I get stuck in terrokar forest. The bot just continuously left and right because the next waypoint is out of bounds any ideas on how to fix this? I looked through this thread and saw that another person was having the same issue but never found a solution : /

 

Professionbuddy doesnt switch the profiles automaticly using the 1-525 , im still in elwyn

 

For people getting this error when trying to load the 1-300 flying profiles:

Select Gatherbuddy2 in the drop down menu instead of questing. Thats the only way I could get it to start and im just hoping that it will still work like that.

EDIT: It seems quite buggy as if you stop the bot at any stage it travels back to the mining trainer on the ground (even if you are on flying mount) before it will take back off again into the sky. Ill update again if the profiles dont switch over when my herb/mining is higher

EDIT: When I returned after 2 hours the bot was flying around in STV. It had obviously been to train Journeyman Herbalism though as I was at 75/75 Mining and 150/150. Also it has obviously posted auctions as I keep getting messages to say people have bought my items. I hearthstoned and manually trained expert herbalism and journeyman mining and started the bot again. It was fine again then up until 225/225 herbalism and 150/150 mining. Now again it is flying around in STV but I havent seen it harvest anything for a good 15 minutes now. 3.5 out of 5 bags are full of herbs, ores and gems. Not sure if its waiting till bags are full till it goes to train but thats never gonna happen if it doesnt harvest ores/herbs. It is flying over nodes without collecting them so Ill hearthstone again. This time I started the bot again after hearthstoning. It went and trained expert mining then started to fly out of Stormwind. The intelligent thing would be for the bot to train the next level or herbalism also now but its going out now with maxed herb so out of curiosity im gonna let it go and see what happens, update coming again when something interesting happens.

Next Edit: Bot got to 201/300 mining and then hearthstoned and exited game for some reason. I logged back in and pressed start again and it went and auctioned everything then went and trained Artisan herbalism and mining and its now flying out again.

Final thoughts: Ok its still buggy but it has got me to 300 mining and herb and its auctioned everything. So it has saved me a lot of time switching profiles and posting auctions. On my next character Ill be able to do it much more efficiently and Ill know to babysit it. Im sorry I havent posted log files but I hope that some of the information ive provided can be put to use

EDIT: One last thing im finding it very often trys to mine a node whilst in flight form and gets the 'you are in flight form' error.

 

May or may not be a bug:

The 1-500 profile that comes with it seems to have a typo in it

If(Mining.MaxLevel == 375 && Herbalism.MaxLevel == 375)

I think it should be

&& Herbalism.Maxlevel == 390

At that point after visiting the training my mining can go up to 375 and my herb can go to 390

Realized that it was 390 because i am a tauren. Does this effect the script or does HB see the original value of 375?

 

Got a 1-525 Mine/Herb byFly PRofile, but in Outland it Hangs because of the Waypoints, in all the build is really nice and works great till terrokar forrest (got same problems like somone some posts up). How to fix this? Or is there a Documentation of this Tile/Mesh thing, need some more informations about this tech if possible.

 

Can we add support for Gnomish Army Knife I tried just changing all the instances of the mining pick ID to the army knife ID and was getting stuck issues on training runs.

Basically add Mining Pick or Gnomish Army Knife (id 40772) and make it not AH the army knife

 

I ran the 1-525 herb/mining profile horde side with no issues. However, as stated above, on my new alliance toon the 1-300 ground herb profile never seems to head to a new area when it needs to. Still running around Goldshire picking up peacebloom at 100+ herbalism.

note:
*I do have a file named "Tripper.Tools.dll" in my HB folder
*I have .net framework 3.5 SP 1 & 2
*I have restarted HB several times
*I have done fresh installations of HB several time

I don't get this error when using any of the other features with HB, only ProffesionBuddy =(

i'm having a problem where it just keeps going to the herbalism trainer but my professions are mining and blacksmithing it won't farm or anything it goes to the herb trainer trys to train flys away and runs back to the herb trainer any one have an idea on how to fix this?

If you're using the default scripts then that's the problem. They are set up for Herb and Mining... and specifically if you have an Herb of 0 (meaning you don't have it) then it will try and buy it for you.

 

Why doesn't professionbuddy show up in the most recent release of Honorbuddy?

 

Have you looked in the 'Plug-ins' tab of the bot?

 

Ahhh, my mistake, i believe it to be on the main screen

 

i'm having an issue in that i can't get it started, i've tried using gatherbuddy2, questing, grindbot... loaded the profiles in both PB and HB, tried starting it from both, and neither seem to work, it either doesn't contain a quest order, or gives that 141 error. thoughts?

 

Does this work with mixed mode like do professions while in bg q?

have my 1-300 flying profile set up and loaded (just bought paid plugin key) and I can get it to run in questing mode but a pop-up comes up saying "Please switch to gatherbuddy" and when I do switch to gatherbuddy it says -

Where do I go from here.

Also I get this on startup:

 

You need to load a normal HB file in Honorbuddy, and then load the PB file in PB.
