Since like the last 2 versions of Honorbuddy I encounter the following error message when I open 2 honorbuddies at the same time (2 different accounts of course).

Currently I'm using Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4492 with the next 2 webplugins:
      - FoxMon (only enabled in 1 of the 2 Honorbuddies)
      - SugarMonitor (only enabled in 1 of the 2 Honorbuddies)
      I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64

      The error message:
      honorbuddy_socket.png

Sidenote: as long as I ignore the message, and just slide it out of the screen, my 2nd bot won't crash.

      Hi, Poradwani,

I, too, run multiple copies of HB-2.0.0.4492 on Win7 Ultimate x64, but I don't see any similar error. This leads me to believe your problem rests with FoxMon, SugarMon, or some other network service you're using. Even though you think they're only enabled for one of the Honorbuddies, you never know what kind of piping shenanigans they may be pulling internally.

According to the RFCs, UDP (if that's what is in use) is *supposed* to allow multiple programs to camp on the same port. When that happens, *each* of the programs is supposed to receive a copy of any inbound packed for that IP/Port/Protocol. However, most TCP stacks are not implemented correctly to support this. In fact, the Berkeley BSD stack (and its derivatives) are the only ones I know that do. Windoze does not fall into this category. :D

I'd give a try at shutting down any additional network replumbing you've got going on, and see if it eliminates the problem. Alternatively, you can just move the dialog box off the screen like you're doing.

Good luck with it, and I'd *love* to know what this problem is if you figure it out.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Yeah, I am also suspected either FoxMon or SugarMonitor to being the problem.
I can't remember when I started using them and if my problem also started from that moment but I will test it out when I come home by just removing them from my HB installation.

Been testing and the error appears to be the coming from FoxMon.
SugarMonitor works fine with multiple Honorbuddy instances.
