error trying to login.

ever since the new patch i have tried to login to honorbuddy and i keep getting this error

"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy."

what should i do to alleviate this issue and get it to work?
