Hey guys... Im kinda angry right now, last night I started gatherbuddy in Uldum... I let it run till 10 am this morning, where I sold everything to my private buyer, and started it again, for 6 more hours... When I came back, I saw that somone has written "REPORTED!!!" to me. I look up his name on armory, and I see that he is equipped in alot of blue's and greens. Which got me thinking, that this might he a fellow botter! First of all, how scared am I suppose to be ? And what do you think about a fellow botter reporting you? - My theory is that we were running the same profile, and he started noticing, and got angry because I was competition!
I know i have griefed a few fellow botters but never reported them. It is possible that one of our fellow botters has reported you but i think that is a huge assumption to make since the toon has greens and blues. All he needs is a lvl 85 unbotted to do that. My toons have all greens and blues and not cause i bot but because wow pisses gold at you now at 85 so i just go and buy my toons twink gears for lvling. you shouldn't be to scared in the long run could be some one just trolling you or if it is a fellow botter just giving you crap. The way i see it is if you play with fire expect to get burned. Botting has its risks and we all know this and still choose to do it. If you aren't prepared to lose your toon for good then i would suggest not botting or get a secondary account. i only say this from experience of loosing three accounts due to botting. I wouldn't be to angry in the long run since you have no idea if who supposedly reported you was a fellow botter or even if they reported you. Either way lay low on that toon for a few days imo play another one or just manually farm on that toon.
What is your char name? i whispered someone reported yesterday but didn?t report, the bastard was ninjaing nodes, was it you? i hate people who bot and still ninja.
The character I used start with No... And the Character who wrote to me was called Xy... Im not gonan give the full names for my security and for yours, if it was you..
Was not me, so you prolly got reported the one i whispered was not using HB, that bot sucked. acted up like well a bot.
i know something there is this guy on the forums and has posted a pic of all his chars on a realm and they are all 2 lettered names and you said His name is Xy? well it could be him!
