      Im not 100% sure, but i have use the profile you do, and if i dont remember wrong there was a bug with the quest, Do it manuely and press start again. (Was just this one quest).

      first of all update your Hb to the latest version

      the problem now
      [22:15:18:903] Could not generate any hotspots for quest Into the Raptor's Den. Please place a quest override for this quest.

      thats a profile issue
      its better to do manualy this quest and then let the bot to do the rest
      or
      you can use another profile

      Sometimes when HB is updated, it gets dumb and forgets where quests are - this is 1 case

      you enable the equipme plugin and set your settings
