      Hello everyone.

      I am making this thread in the hope that it gets seen by Bossland & hawker as it seems my PM's I have sent to them are either not being read or being ignored.

      PM's sent 3 hours ago to Bossland + Hawker - BOTH admins have logged in since then and have been logged in for roughly 1 hr or more yet my PM has not been resolved or answered.

      My problem:
      I paid for HB and GB today (ALOT OF CASH) can't afford Lifetime yet so I paid for both seperate products for now until I am able to upgrade.

      When I try logging in to either program I get "SESSION LIMIT" I have restarted my PC, cleared browser and done everything short of formatting my PC.

      The PM I sent Bossland & Hawker contained my IP Address, PayPal Transaction Number and other personal Info along with the "SESSION LIMIT" error message.

      I will be bumping this thread to the top of recent forum threads every hour until it is answered.

      P.S I have tried logging into the auth websites for both HB and GB and get the same error message as I do when trying to login the program "SESSION LIMIT".

      It seems that it already thinks you're logged in. Try changing your password on the website (not the forum). I'm not sure if this will help, it might have to be manually fixed by an admin.

      I have already tried this mate. I followed the FAQ right to the letter when getting this or any other login errors. I also tried this before sending PM's as I know admins are very busy and I don't want to bother them if I can fix the issue myself but I can't.

      i usually waiting for reply from admins approximately about 24 hours... it take some time. just wait :)

      you have to wait Bossland's respond
      only Bossland can help with payment issues

      *and there is no need to make a poll for that

      I have had this problem with Pm's not being answered before John1337, I sent Bossland a PM 3 times in a 5 day period and never got a response still never got a response to this day.
      But as Both admins have logged in (See Current Online Users + view profile - last online xx.xxam) I see no reason why i shouldn't get a reply. Even a quick pm saying were looking into it would be better than no reply.

      It's not a payment issue, Payment has gone through without issue, "List Paid Invoices" shows the 2 products have been paid for & also says "Approved - YES"
      The issue is 100% not a payment issue I bet my life on it!

      I'm a new member and just purchased HB as well as HB flight addon, followed all steps, linked accts with shop went into HB Authenticator website logged in fine. The problem is when I try logging into the Bot itself it still doesnt recognise username or pw... please help :| and ty.
