Need ForceMail explained.

As the titles states I don?t get ForceMail. I mean I know what it does, it kinda explains itself But how to use it? When I open the ForceMail document I get fx. the following line.
<Item Name="Linen Cloth" Entry="2589" />
Do it work like this then I enter my characters name at the end of the line? for example if my character was named Honorbuddybot then it would be.

<Item Name="Linen Cloth" Entry="2589" /> Honorbuddybot

Or am I all wrong about this ForceMail thing?

Edit: But I couldn?t see where I type the name of the toon which I wanted the mats to be sent to tho? Mabye I missed it while reading?

 

You do that from the bot gui, not the profile
