Ok so here's the deal this prog needs some good meshes/profiles for skinning we're talking all the leather types. Light/Medium/Heavy/Thick/Rugged/Knothide/Borean The Skinning lvling profile by greg I found by worked for me up to about Thick, but it skips Rugged all together and the Knothide one is terrible. Now i'd have made the profiles and posted them myself, but it seems honorbuddy doesn't want me to make meshes at the moment (a issue it seems a lot of people are having) So my request is that if someone has time then please make a nice package of skinning profiles (Particularly Knothide first since that's where im at now) - Thanks
Why don't you take a look in the leveling profiles? Many areas grind on beasts. An excellent knothide leather spot is in Bliiks 58-68. It grinds on talbuk and clefthoof in northern nagrand.
hokumera is correct, you can just grab one of the leveling profiles and edit the subprofile within it to make you stay in the area you wish to skin. Also the mesh thing, load a profile and mesh then hit clear mesh, do your meshing then save under a new name. I believe the bug affects the writing of a new mesh so the overwriting method should work fine.
@ Hoku: Tried it, didn't work even after I reset the max lvl req for the profile, came up with some error about no hotspot located in Outlands. @ Synik: Tried that, doesn't work either the mesh still ends up being 0kb.
