Teamviewer alternative

Hey, currently Im using teamviewer to work with my bots. Im in the army and not very often home so I rely on it atm to be able to make some cash

Im wondering if there is some good alternative to it that is not so choppy displaying the wow screen? Just logging in my 2 wow windows is a task that requires a lot of patience. I dont really understand why though since the internet line is very good in both ends.

Anyone know of a program that could be better? All I need is to be able to log in, start the bot and take a quick look on the status now and then.

 

best free one I know of is teamviewer the only solid other alternative would be a citrix product like the Meeting / Support stuff they have. But it has a monthly fee.

 

I've always used LogMeIn, the free version. Works pretty well.

 

LogMeIn is also really slow.. just saying the phone version is faster than the computer one.

 

you can't really complain about something free. You also have to consider that the images have to be rendered, compressed, and then de-compressed to you and re-rendered.

Write a better program if it bothers u

 

Well hes looking for an alternative.. just trying to enlighten the point logmein SUCKS unless its from your phone. I have a really good connection but it takes forever even with the lowest settings. :/

Resize your wow window to the smallest possible..
updates a lot faster

 

Logmein works very fast IF you install the browser plugin. Java indeed isn't the fastest, but with the firefox plugin it works like a charm.

In addition to Teamviewer, you may want to consider GoSupportNow. Works pretty well.

 

With good enough upload, by far the fastest in the world (60fps).
