I did use IB to push most of my chars to level 50. I find that from that level onward questing works rather well. But you need to supervise your bot in certain dungeons, as some of the meshes/IB profiles are bugged. Of course you could also do only specific dungeons. There's also the risk that some of the other players will notice that you are botting.
