This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy. Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment. We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Blizzard Support The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Saludos, Atenci?n al Cliente Blizzard Entertainment http://us.battle.net/wow/es/""" That is the post of what they sent me, so basically it was i put like 100 stacks of shit over 2 days which is not alot before iwould put alot but lately i have only really BG botted. So im confused o-o. Any tips fast?
Contact support, tell them you've not sold exchanged currency with real life or anything. You'll most likely get unbanned. Had a friend get it from leveling, he got 2 times unbanned. Worth a shot. You chose to call or to e-mail them.
Don't calls work better? since it seems more realistic and you are talking to real people at that moment, but i am 16 so it may seem idk like i was since im young, also what should i say, like more detail please
Calling is a faster option usually, yes. If you're going to call them, you have to pretend to be innocent and that you're confused as to why you've been banned and that you have not participated in selling gold or anything(as the email states that you have). If you think that you can't pretend properly of being innocent, text form is always better to fake that you're confused ;-)
Well i was actually hacked before and the guy tried to sell gold and i got banned for this, i did not have an authenticator at the time but now i do.... So this is basically what i wrote. Tell me what you think about it and what i should change. " was logged off around 8 PM Eastern Time and went to eat some dinner, and i come back on around midnight and it says my account has been banned for selling real items or money for in game items. And this has happened to me before when i got hacked, the person tried to sell gold on my account and I am pretty sure this happened again, although this time i have an authenticator so I am not sure how he got on my account, but i was not buying or selling any real items or money for in game currency. Please resolve this issue i have things i have in game things i have to do." Oh and i cannot call its to late the customer support is not open
That's not a bad mail. Someone with more experience could comment on that tho, but it does to me seem like a innocent email one would send.
they will know if you were actually hacked or not. So that isnt a good excuse imo. I would think of another reason that they cannot investigate.
If he got banned for trading gold to chinese(by someone who compromised his account recently) I think anyone who got compromised not too long ago would just jump to that conclusion imo.
If you call them don't talk too much, just state your case and be silent... they will get nervous from you being so quiet that they might actually believe your story. They hear it every single day "Im Innocent" like a prison guard hears prisoners... They don't usually fall for it right off hand...
