got a 72 hour suspension while using a questing profile. opened a ticket and was reversed in about 25mins with an apology for the for the suspension.
Same thing happened to me yesterday. I wasn't botting, but had HB loaded. Got d/c and suspension notice. From what I've heard through countless sources are player reports are generally the cause for these types of suspensions. I sent an email asap and had the account back within an hour or so with an apology. "We are deeply sorry for any difficulty this may have caused you, but do thank you for you patience and understanding in this matter. We would also like to fully assure you that all involved parties have been properly addressed, and that all necessary steps have been taken to ensure this specific issue does not occur again in the future."
