Sigh...log in problems again, everything was running ok and then HB stopped, when I tried to log back in I got an "Authentication failed". Rebooted system, deleted "Styxsettings" from settings folder, but still no joy.

Is it me or a problem at HB central?

      "Invalid Account Details"

it seems that you are using wrong login info

log on auth portal and reset your pass

      are you sharing your info?

Hey Tony, I'm currently using a 30 day, 3 account key. Whenever I open the window it pops up with a login of "test" and a password automaticly. Is it possable to rest the login/password if I never knew what it was?

after a new installation Hb settings are resseted
if you know the shop email and your shop username you can reset your pass on auth portal

Hey Tony, at the risk of sounding stupid...I tried my numerical key in the username field but I still dont know the password (I tried using my HB account password but it did not work). As to reseting my PW at the auth portal, I'm not sure where thats at...I tried pulling up my account info but of course the first thing you need is your password.

Ok, found the portal, reset my password...now just to be clear, I should use my account key in the username field and my new password in the PW field...right?

or you are an old user with a shop username and pass?

Hey Tony, that did it, thanks.

I've been using the "Test" login and password that came with the original purchase, no wonder I was having problems!
