_____J U M P Y_______________________________[IMG]
Welcome to the ultimate random jumper plugin. After many grueling hours of tweaking this plugin to perfection, I formally introduce Jumpy.

@ Features @
• Maintains a minimum distance off ground when riding a flying mount.
• Uses user-created jumping routines, each having a specific length, cooldown, and min/max mod.
• Automatically runs different routines based on the situation - mounted, combat, or walking.
• All routines paused when looting, resting, casting, or stationary.
• Can select to only trigger when players are within x range.
• Ability to set time between jump checks based on if the user is mounted or unmounted.
• Detailed log informing users of current routine, percent finished, and jumping statistics.
@ Usage @
Don't worry if the below sounds complicated because you can simply use the included .jump routines and run without any modification to the settings other than selecting the routines desired in the Profile Tab. The bot will jump every time you see "J U M P" in the log. If it doesn't you need to adjust the base jump span accordingly. Try to get base as close as possible to minimum, while rand is to adjust for any +random time you desire. Simply place the unzipped Jumpy folder into the plugins folder. All profiles must go into the Jumpy folder and be given the extension .jump. Any number of routines can be added to any number of profiles. All routines must have a unique name, which is used within the plugin as a means to identify unique routines. Routine format is given as follows:

Name Length Cooldown MinMod MaxMod

Description
• Name - Name to uniquely identify a routine within a profile. Routines in other profiles can have the same name and are globally known as Profile.RoutineName.
• Length - The length that a routine will run for. This is not a set length, but a stopwatch that is only running and effectively counting down when not looting/resting/moving/casting. Must be in the format: min[:sec], where [:sec] is an optional component.
• Cooldown - The amount of time after completing its run that it must cooldown to be eligible to be selected again.
• MinMod, MaxMod - Every MinJumpSpan seconds, the current routine must decide when to actually press the spacebar and jump. Each jump cycle, it will select a random number between MinMod and MaxMod, referred hereafter as Mod. It will then generate a large random number, Number. If Number % Mod = 0, it will jump. % means the remainder of the division.

@ Special Requests @
Do you have any ingenious witty ideas for future enhancements to Jumpy. Contact me now =] I urge all who use this program to post meaningful, constructive, and detailed errors that they find. This will ensure that future releases squash all bugs and promote a smooth sailing plugin. Feel free to contact me privately should any special needs or requests arise. Any positive comments are greatly welcome and will be gathered together and appended to a new section in this posting should they reach a sizable amount. Lastly, please refrain from posting superfluous comments that might otherwise detract from the focus of this plugin. Thank you :D

@ Todo @
• Ability to upload, download, describe, and rate user .jump profiles!

@ Version @
• 1.8 - Fixed stuttering when running up incline with flying mount by preventing jump-to-fly checks from occurring too quickly.
• 1.7 - Implemented flying mount logic which displaces normal jumping logic. Maintains a minimum distance off ground when riding a flying mount and runs regardless of the "Only In Player Range" setting.
• 1.6 - Added status bar, fixed resting checking lasting longer than actually resting preventing jumping checks, fixed bug with using relative file paths in loading settings, added tooltips to all user interface elements (hover over checkboxes with your mouse)
• 1.5 - Removed black magic.. now works with latest version 1.6.3+
• 1.4 - Added jump when standing option in and/or out of combat. Preliminary fix for uint error. Improved logic for checking when looting/resting.
• 1.3 - Works with latest HonorBuddy version! Fixed issue with loading same profile multiple times into memory.
• 1.2 - Fixed errors with more invalid object exceptions. Fixed issue with not starting the routine timer when the routine was started. Now a routine will only run if player is in the current situation (combat, mounted, walking).
• 1.1 - Fixed error hindering Honorbuddy from closing properly.
• 1.0 - Released to the public.

If any of you guys want to see additional features implemented in the plugin, feel free to exhaustively list them. I will be keeping a detailed list of them in the todo section and be implementing them in the program. I was thinking perhaps support for strafing... how would you guys like to see this being done? Perhaps tons of strafing around the target while facing the target if you are doing melee dmg.

I need you guys to tell me if Jumpy introduces an error where wow shuts down with error memory cannot be read/written. I've been getting this error, but it might be my RAM +{ Which sucks.

This is not Jumpy, its an HBcore bug.

Bugtracker is *still* down (what's this like two weeks now?), so I can't cite you the appropriate bug report for you to supplement by attaching a log. I've also sent Tony about 24MBytes worth of WoWclient crash reports. Hope he got them to somebody, that can look into this--the problem is getting really annoying. :D

cheers,

I'm your biggest fan! I really love this plugin!!!! Missed it so much, so it's really awesome to have it back.
Strafing sounds really really cool, it will make the bot look less bottish :p Really looking forward to see what you can come up with, cus Jumpy is one hell of a plugin <3 I love it, and I'm sure most people feel like me.

This doesnt work at all for me. Using "F" for jumping. Implement that please that you can select which key you use for jumping.

Why don't you use WoWMovement.Move(WoWMovement.MovementDirection.JumpAscend) instead of sending the space key to the client?

Doesn't appear to be working for me as of 12-14-2011 with Spacebar as the bind with the newest HB (Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5494).

Default install of WoW with renamed HB exe. Keybinds are more or less the same (Space is bound to jump), with US WoW client.

Lowering any of the values did not help. Please advise.

Also, recompiling via the Plugins bar yields the following:
Compiler errors:
File: Routine.cs Line: 88 Error: The call is ambiguous between the following methods or properties: 'Jumpy.Extensions.CustomFormat(System.TimeSpan)' and 'Jumpy.Extensions.CustomFormat(System.TimeSpan)'
File: Routine.cs Line: 97 Error: The call is ambiguous between the following methods or properties: 'Jumpy.Extensions.CustomFormat(System.TimeSpan)' and 'Jumpy.Extensions.CustomFormat(System.TimeSpan)'

If you must get this plugin working, you can try version 1.5b. It works for me, with all of the bugs from 1.5b to 1.8.

Search the forums.
