I was unable to find a resolution via the search function so please don't flame me I took a 9 month break from WoW and this site, when I purchased honorbuddy i got the elite or lifetime whatever you want to call it, pre all the recent changes I have seen on the site, anyways I am trying to reset my shop password. I went to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal and selected the password reset, i remembered the username and its using my current email address so I was able to "reset" the password, only issue is when I try to use the new password that I changed it to, I cannot login to either Honor or Gather buddy. Is there a update period for the passwords? Is there another link I can use to resolve the issue? Id like to keep my account since its all being grandfathered in and not have to buy a new account. Ok so it looks like I need a new key, I used the one I had grandfathered in and its not working, how can I submit my old key for a new one? I just found - http://www.buddyauth.com/MyKeys/RequestKeys and it says it cannot find my email address....
thats normal cuse you dont have a key you are an old school user(user and pass) if you know your shop username just reset your pass here Bossland GmbH if you dont remember your username either only Bossland can help you(payments section)
