I like some series, i will probably start getting more Simpsons . Horror films - most i see lately are rubbish but The Grudge 1 and 2 i found creepy as hell, also the fourth Kind creeped me out , also it made me jump out of my skin 1 time .
Only sen one person mention it so far, but Weeds is a must watch. Also if you are into the anime scene Code Geass 1&2 are a good watch as well. the first could seasons of Nip/Tuck are pretty good, but the show goes WAYYY downhill in the later seasons. Chappelle's Show is a funny one. One Piece isnt a bad Anime either, really long.

Freaks and Geeks ... was never into it when it was on TV but its really good. I'll tell you what you SHOULDN'T watch. "The Book of Eli" ... what a terrible disappointment that film was.

Also! A nice commedy series is "Community". It's from January or something so its not too old yet. Really funny.
