      Why not just test them both?

      I just dont understand the phased thing. I f you dont do quest chain are you unable to farm certain things in th or something? I'll test it out once i figure that out.

      some people on the yellow marked area can see loads of mobs,some people(including me) not even a single mob

      so it depends on already done quests,its a phased area
