I searching someone who can write a Profil in Deepholm for farming and skinning the Drakes left from Therazanes Throne. They give a lot of Leather and much Blue / (2h farm 1x rnd epic). The Spot is here - The Drakes are Elitemobs but when they fall down from above, they will only have 56k Life. Not interessting about theese Mobs because they cant cast a superheroblast like other elite mobs in this levelrange but they can stun u for a while. U need no special eq - can handle it with questeq while leveling (a class who can heal himself would be nice while leveling this grind/farm/profile). All tried out. Earn much Gold by Handfarming these Spot. Would be nice if someone write this Profile. Population on this Spot = 0 on the realm where i play. Greetings
try this.. you'll want a class that can range pull because the dragons seem to take off into the air alot.. there is no vendor or mailbox cuz i've never quested in Deephome, but if you get me coords i can add them in.. View attachment AtG Stone Drake Farm.xml
@atg, tats a great profile. But how can i remove some hotspot, or better yet, which hotspot should i remove so it will only stay by the drakes? Because it goes pretty far and it attacks everything, the Basilik, their masters, and even the stone elite mobs.
Is there anyone else having problems with this profile Atg have made? - it says to me: "Starting the bot! This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!" No idea why.. Thanks Fjupt
I have a different problem. Currently he is only flying around the area and doesn't attack any of the drakes, is there a chance you guys can take a look at it ? Kind regards
Hi, Im new here but far from a Novice in XML. I think I did a pretty good profile for these guys. You won't hit anything but the drakes (unless they hit you first). A few things to note. *Profile will ONLY load in Deepholm. The cord for this area are approx 37, 29 ish *As a druid don't start out in flight form, won't work - at least on my CC i am using. *Be sure to have loot and skin mobs checked in your settings and aslo check kill between hot spots checked. *set your loot radius above 70, so you don't walk away from loot. I also set my pull distance to 70. *noticed if you are not on the small hill and the drake dies there, mine won't loot it. It may be a CC issue. * I don't recommend doing this AFK its a small area you run back and forth in. WHile I was testing it several others came into the zone questing and asked me if I was skinning. Look pretty dumb and obvious if I ignored free skins.
@tylerfoster I will give that a try. And by the way, how do you get the correct faction number? is there a program for that?
Faction ID -as in what type of thing do you want honorbuddy to pull? That is different then the NPC ID When you target something and look in the Developer tools I believe it gives you information on both but if you copy xml to put target information in your proifle that is the NPC ID. The Faction ID should be in the main window. It doesn't always show up for some but you can find the list HB provides Honorbuddy Profile Writing: Faction ID List - Buddy Wiki I just used Faction ID 14 which is "Monster", and it seems ok I think it is generic. Not sure if there is a better one. You can't leave it blank. I didn't see anything which specifies Dragonkin Or Elite which is the two catagories this would fall in. I do know the proifle walks right through some of them and doesn't hit them, not sure why. I am going to tweek it more when I have time. Even though these guys are red, it appears they won't attack first. The pull behavior also is dependant on the Custom Class profile you load. I switched to Fpsware Druid and it handled me starting in flight form just fine. The one I used previous didn't.
I just always target the mob I want to kill and then I open up my developer tools to look up what the faction ID is. And that ID I put at the place where you inserted 14. Wiki says "You need to add the factions for each type of monster/mobile you desire to kill. Please add one or more of the following codes into your <Factions> element" So I always just though I had to do it like that. Mabye I am wrong, but it works for me.
