  • Paid for Honorbuddy, but I haven't recieved a key yet. Help!!!!!!

      Hi there, I've paid for Honorbuddy Elite, since I can see the money have been drawn off from my bank.

      However, when it said "You will get a mail within some few minutes", I took myself time to wait for around 30-50 minutes and still no mail. When I pressed "Resend" it said that it cannot find my email adress.

      Could someone help me with this please? Atleast the adminstrators.

      hey, you might want to look in "unwanted" mail or however its called. thats where i found the email.

      @markves, there is nothing there. I've checked everywhere in my email adress.

      When I try too request again, it takes me too writing down my email again ,it says:

      "Request Keys
      An error has occured: Email address not found!"

      I've tried with 2 other email adresses.. still the same issue..

      Yes Tony, I paid for it and it also withdraw money from my bank.

      But I never got myself the request key, and I cannot get it beacuse it allways says "Error, cannot find email adress"

      payments via bank can take up to 3 working days

      okay well it was via my visa card tho, and the visa card withdraw from my bank.

      Tony, I dunno who's in charge of activate accounts tho but I'd like to speak with him either private or in public if you could help me with that. You can send me information in private message if so.
      Also, my friend said that it can take up too 72 hours, beacuse there is just a guy that activates the accounts manually. So I guess I just have too wait?!

      we can see payments via bank transfer within 3 days

      we cant change that,its the bank system
