[Poolfisher] Twilight Highlands Volatile Fire + Highland Guppies + Volatile Water

Hey folks,

here is my Poolfisher profile, I use for Twilight Highland farming.

It starts at the Lavapools in the south, works its way up to the lake, and then down the river, and up to lake again.

Added just one Blackspot atm, missing one Firepool. Got their some landing issues.

My results after one hour:

On my realm, that averages in:
67x Volatile Fire = 13*67 = 804g
70x Highland Guppy (around 145g per stack) = 507,5g
10x Volatile Water = 10 * 18 = 180g
Total: ~1491g

Thought: All these mats are in high demand, so there shouldn'6t be any problem selling out every day.
Pirox fishbot sucks, Poolfisher rocks, so less botters, and at least on my realm, all fishes are in high demand for the raiding Feasts.

If I go for a 8hours fishing run I average around 10k net income, thats pretty good for the rather short botting time.

I'm only new to the whole fishing bot thing, but pool fisher is clearly the best. Just wondering, this profile only seems to be fishing in Algaefin Rockfish pools....isn't this a highland guppy profile?

Disregard, should have realised this was very similar to gatherbuddy and it'd go for whatever its near. Have turned off all schools except guppys in the bot config.

 

I haven't seen a fishing plugin that only fishes certain types of pools yet, the profiles only tell the bot the route it should fly.

 

With pool fisher you can blacklist certain pool types. Each type is listed by expansion, so the profile tells it where to fly to, the bot tells it what to fish, and what not to fish.

 

Should work, Poolfisher lets you deselect certain types of nodes.

For me (not quested in Twilight Highlands at all) it doesn't collect any Nodes other than Fire and Highland Guppies. I don't know how much phasing is actually happening in that area.

I added a map now, so you know where its gonna be flying.

Gather Reports would be appreciated

I'll have a 10hour gather report for you in the morning. In the first hour or two it'd picked up about 4 stacks of guppies.

 

Hey. What buddy do you run this on? gatherbuddy2 doesn't do fishing as far as i know.

are you sure u dont mean Volatire Water? not fire? how can i get fire from pools?

Nevermind, it finally got to the fire and started farming volatile fire. In the water i was able to get volatile water. Also, how long does it take for the pool to come back, after awhile, it just keep flying over and over and nothing else.

And can you make a profile as good as this one for also, Water, life, Air or Earth?

Seems like a great profile so far. Its just one thing I noticed. When he stops to fish at the beach with Highbank, you know, where all the fighting and cannon's blasting is going on, he seems to be right in the middle of those incoming bombs Meaning he's taking a hit which kinda smacks him out in the water. Then he gets back up, throws a lure, and same thing happens. Looks kinda silly when theres people around, hehe. Anyway, maybe theres a way to blacklist that spot? Im sure you know of which one I speak.

@dragonfire, yeah the loot catch rate goes down, after the first one ore two circles... but you should still average a 90-100 catch rate / hour. Which ist still pretty decent, for expensive mats like guppies.
On the long run you should still be able to average 650-800g p. hour.

 

Hey Rhomb, thats true. I have so many damn Highlang guppy, but they are selling like hot pancakes in my server a stack of 20, i can easily sell it for 400g each. In regards to Volatile fire, umm i dont know if i want to sell yet. I can use them, but right now thanks to your profile, i have gather 755, which thats an amazing number. The money i can make with them.

Also your profile is fantastic for Volatile Water. I can gather from every 4 pool atleast 2 Volatile water, and if i get attack by mobs near the waterfall by the dragons inslave, i can get 1-3 Volatile water from them. Right now i have gather 289.

So you should add that to your title.

@swordfishy, and everyone else: Thanks to the fishing patch a while ago, you can use Poolfishing buddy, to farm these fishes even though you don't have any skill in fishing.

 

you are so damn lucky! swordfishy! but i guess the name helps!

 

I have one issue. There is a HG pool just at the bottom of the waterfall that the bot is having problems with. It goes up to the pool and almost lands then says the pool is no longer there and moves on. It continues south down the river then comes back up to the same pool and does the same thing causing a loop and it will not proceed back up to the lake where the guppy are. Any known fix? I tried restarting the bot and all. Basically yhr pool is there when I am mounted but when I land it disappears throwing the bot off.

is it possible to make a .xml for volatile fire fishing only? i dont know which hotspots it are, so i can't edit it by myself, thanks !

 

ill make you one up if you like, although i dont see why you would want to, the volatile fire node's are close together and there are not alot of them....mostly you would be waiting for them to spawn..why not farm fish while they spawn? guppy's sell for 450g a stack on my server

 

Whenever I "start" it, HB UI is unresponsive, but it's still responding according to Task Manager.. I have to end task in roder to use HB again.

 

I know the highland guppy's sell for much, but on my server it looks like nobody buys it I use this script for 2 days now and its a great script, but yeah i have more than 2000 guppy's and they dont sell :< the volatile fire's are selling freaking fast so thats why i asked for it
