Hello, I purchased a lifetime account in december of last year. I took a year off from WoW and am about to start playing again - hoping that my lifetime purchase is still valid and I can use with the new honorbuddy software. If so, anything I should know?
I have my old credentials/account & my invoice number from the lifetime purchase. However, when I log into the shop I see no active services nor any past invoices.

When I go to: SendKeys and attempt to request a key by entering my email address - I receive the error: "An error has occured: Email address not found!" Please help - not sure what happened. Like I said, I have the original sales order #.
yes,thats normal cause you are not a key based user open a new thread on payments section including the invoice id of your Lifetime Hb and Bossland will check it asap
