To choose a new password, please click the following link and follow the instructions: followed by a slew of restore emails and sorry for inconvience emails, concluded investigation emails etc. went to Battlenet and saw a Game Ticket in my name........(didnt do it) My account just been hacked, and someone took my account all my gold and stuff, I do not know what's going on, my character is transferred from the people, but not me, can you please help me back my character, this realm, and restore my items and gold! And restore all of the characters and equipment. followed by answer at the same time..... Obviously your computer isn't clean if they hacked you. Fix your email and your system then good luck.
someone Outside USA basically tryin to get into your account, Id Rec. Downloading and Using Avira to scan your computer which works about 98% better then most scanners, no lie and its free forever + updates daily.
Indeed, scan your system completely. And also, when you went into your e-mail did you happen to notice if the mail had already been read, even though you hadn't clicked on them? It's easy to set these back to unread, but either way. Scan your entire system with kkrauses007's mentioned programs, then proceed by changing your emails password, and also your account password. -Good luck
If you would log on someone's e-mail without him/her knowing, would you not mark the read e-mails as unread? Must be a really dumb hacker, or a really pissed (ex)girlfriend to not do that.
Weird: Got email today saying that 2 of my characters have been transfered to different realms. Immediately i think that i have been hacked. But nothing as far password changes and everything else looked good. So I opened a ticket that 2 of toons have been transfered without my approval. So i end up with a permanent ban and have to verify all my info over the phone. Bad part is is that it is an ebay account and I cant seem to find the birth date of the person that owned it before me. So.... 1: Scanned my system with 3 diffferent softwares and found nothing as far malware or viruses. 2: Did Blizzard transfer my account because they thought someone else was logged in? 3: What questions do they ask when you call and verify your info. 4: How big is my dilema?
1. start over, using keys you bought in a store your self. 2. dont use the same e-mail you use on botting sites 3. use a program like Keepass to manage passwords and generate random ones that are harder to ***** and impossible to get unless they get your Main password and Key vault 4. dont lend people your account 5. reinstall windows and start from scratch (to get rid of any bad mojo going on there) there, that should do it. thats how you get out of it. as far as fixing your problems, your SOL since the account didnt belong to you in the first place, so since you didnt put in the information your not going to know it.
