      I buy HB today, and try some configs,.... later they say "Max Sesions" and doesnt login

      How long after you closed the first hb window did you wait before trying to log in on a new window?
      And also check in the taskbar to see in the other hb is still running as minimizing sends it into the bottom right with your network connection and such

      check your task manager for a "ghost" Hb process
