I can't get a log of the error message but its a Net Framework one (I have reinstalled net framework) For some reason its trying to load CC settings from my dam profile folder.. Found a solution...my pasting the profile i want to use into A: the CustomClass folder B: Fpsware Rogue folder C: Fpsware Rogue\Class Specific D: Fpsware Rogue\Class Specific\Settings Any way that i don't have to put the profiles into 1 of the above, i have to many profiles and it would be...to say the least horrifically messy...
For an example of Correct install of Fpsware: D:\HB\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5354\CustomClasses\Fpsware Rogue D:\HB\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5354\CustomClasses\Fpsware Druid D:\HB\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5354\CustomClasses\Fpsware Hunter D:\HB\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5354\CustomClasses\Fpsware Death Knight You have to Name the folder EXACTLY as the author tells you. And you have to place that Named Folder in the the EXACT place he tells you to put it. You CANNOT place it anywhere you want. As you can see from the example above the Fpsware Class folder HAVE to be placed within CustomClasses. And those Fpsware Class Folder have to be named EXACTLY as above. Mine is the example above. This is yours: c:\Users\Stephens\Documents\Donkz\Honor\CustomClasses\Fpsrogue Can you see the difference? Hope that helps.
Thanks Arku but ive already done that, all the FPSware crap is named....to the T (Means 100% right), its just trying to read 'Class Specific' CC settings from where i load my profiles from
Ok, well for a start and before anyone gets offended. Fpsware is not crap, they are some of if not the best CC's available. And offending the Publisher is not going to help anyone. Now, when you load up HB for my example I'll be Questing. So I set the drop down to Quest. Then I load a profile, in my case I am using Kicks Horde Questing 1-68. Once Initialization complete, start the Bot and it should ask you to chose which Class Profile to use. For me I get a window pop up with two options, Fpsware Class & Singular Class. Choose Fpsware Class. Thats it. From there you go into Class Config and make whatever tweaks that suit you. Maybe turn on or off any plugins. And check Setting & Tools and make any adjustments if required. Be Well.
Just for the say-so, I'm British so when i say "All the fpsware crap" im not meaning its crap i mean...all of the fpsware stuff... I've been using HB successfully for 6months...I know how to bot in every single way...its not on my part thats the issue, the custom class is trying to load settings.xml from the folder my profiles are in
Try starting the bot first so it complies, then stop the bot and edit the profile, if that don't work try it the otherway round. FPSWare, I would like to make a request Pl0X. Can we have another finisher combo setup please. Recup + KS or if possible Recup > KS > Evis. Why you may ask, well I play my rogue when am not using him for farming, and with my setup I get 12 energy back with Recup ticks, this imo is a massive dps boost to this CC.
Donklol, In short if you use the load profile dialog before the CC has initialised (by starting the bot or opening the class config) then it screws up a path variable somewhere and the CC is tricked into thinking that the HB root folder is whatever folder you loaded the profile from. The issue was introduced after this CC was written, hence it is not the fault of the CC writer that the bug exists but he has yet to revisit it to work around the problem Cant blame him, he's had a run of bad luck with earthquakes and his wife having health issues. Everyone has bad luck now and again but he seems to have had more than his fair share.
what is it that i am going to load into the buddy? becous the only thingi can load is Fps rouge - class specific - settings - Setting for (playername ) pve thats what i have been loading and nothing happens what am i doing wrong ?
What are you trying to do? PvE... I'm gathering questing perhaps. You'll also require a Questing Profile that suits your Faction either Alliance or Horde and Level. For example Kicks Questing Profiles. You basically run HB. Choose Questing from the drop Down. Load your Questing Profile (example Kicks Horde Questing lvl1-68). If you have Fpsware Rogue in the correct place and named correctly. When you go to start the Bot or select Class Settings, you should get a pop up window asking which Class Profile to use. Select Fpsware Rogue and it should be good to go. Just make sure you tweak all other settings and plugins to suit you and your needs.
Hey there fpsware wanted to say thanks for the work put into CC, Its working great for one. One question I have for you when doing pickpocketing, does the CC control the range at which I pickpocket or does HB? If its the CC I really think expanding the range or adding in an option to change range up to 15yards(max with glyph) would be a tremendous help in stopping the bot from running into mobs and gaining aggro. Also while talking about pickpocketing, is there any way to add in a delay/option to wait couple seconds after killing/breaking stealth before continuing on path with profile? Since the change to stealth(4second cooldown after its broken) Ive been noticing alot of problems with running soon as mob is dead and end up running into grps of mobs because stealth isnt off cooldown yet.
I keep getting an error when going into class config. Also, honorbuddy won't fight properly. It will do everything correctly up to the point when my toon gets in combat. When it enters combat, I only autoattck. I attached a honorbuddy log and the "details" when I get the error message when trying to enter into the class config.
Apparently you have to use Singular untill it gets working, as i am having same problem, though i RLY dont wanna use singular, when this is so much more leet
^^ Same here... been using it with questing, grinding & gathering without a problem. You DON'T load CC's into HB. If they are in the correct location and named correctly you shouldn't have a problem. What you DO load into HB is either a Grinding Profile or Questing Profile ect. Then when you go to run HB you should get a Pop Up asking which CC you wish to use. IE. Singular or Fpsware.
nah, I can't get it to work, even installing HB in a new folder. I tried both svn revision and attached latest file (Idk if they are the same). here's the log (first I started the bot, didn't move and threw some errors, stopped it and then tried to open the config panel, getting more errors and not opening it)
is there any way for you to set a recuperate always option? i use the bot in shd spec, and recup is basically always the first thing i put up and keep up for energy, after that its snd then evis. for leveling at least, for pvp swap evis with kidney my leveling rotation is basically premed//ambush//hemo//recuperate//hemo x5//Slice and dice//hemo x5//eviscerate (most mobs barely even survive to the snd to be honest, but its more of a solid rotation that way)
