      hi,
i'm currently on a one day subscript to test the bot.
so far i have no complaints, it quests just fine.

i'm stuck with an issue however at work. I have to connect via a tunneler service (pingfu), which in itself is no problem, but for HB it seems to be (or can be).

when trying to download new tiles i get a timeout exception, but yesterday it worked fine. at the moment it's running however with tiles that i downloaded yesterday on my home computer. but it seems that everytime i need to download a 40_xx tile it gets stuck. there's a suggestion about increasing the timeout, but i'm unsure where that can be done (if at all). Anyone care to help? much appreciated.

The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.

yes ofcourse, but here at work that's not an option. TCP Port 5031 is not available for in or outbound traffic. At home (where i don't have to use the tunneler) it all works perfect.
