HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

This one is solvable by adding a "cleartarget()" LUA command in there somewhere. This is how I'm currently running it and that works about 99.9% of the time:

Make sure you start it in Eastern Kingdoms. You can't start it in Kalimdor.

Have you copied over all the CustomBehaviors to your HB Quest behaviors folder? If you don't understand and need more help, add me on Skype (my address is in my signature).

 

This is probably the best horde profile for 1-70. And aye, it will auto-load 'em if they're in the same folder.

 

@ Everyone - Re-svn ... i've made a ton of changes to the 1-12 profiles

 

indeed you have, will trial run them with a new troll later this weekend. Last time I tried a troll it did too much grinding and ran to the mainland for training.

quest: A curse we cannot lift

Issue: the bot is killing the worgen it is supposed to use a item on when the mob is on low hp.

i've fixed all of that =) No grinding at all in the 1-12's (literally none - i have no grind areas)

 

re-svn and tell me if that fixes it

 

Mind if i ask if you write these all by hand (NotePad++or similar) or if you have use any programs to help with debugging?

All you're profiles that I've used in the past have been exceptionally clean and well written.

 

Well the pickup / objective / turnin tags are produced by hb

everything else is all me (Notepad++)

now of course other people write the behaviors (CustomBehavior files)

 

Trys to get a quest of this npc were there isn't even a quest.. Just sits there talking to him forever

and that quest is probably grey for you - i'll add a dummy check for it

I did re-svn, Not even 30 minutes ago

 

I'm having issues using the flight master. I had both problems while flying from Westfall to Stormwind, and now also back.
He walks up to the flightmaster, doesn't choose a location, doesn't fly, closes the window and walk away again, walking back pretty soon afterwards, and does the same thing over and over again.

 

I've tried reloading the profile. Now it walks up and talks with the flightmaster, the bots says "loading tiles.." then "Learning new flight path", and then nothing happens. It just stands still

EDIT: I deleted the whole profile packet from Kicks and re-downloadet, Now it works like a charm. so far.

Math I had that same problem.
Only thing you needed to do was restart HB. its not a profile thing.

 

Today im ready with it, got the same Problem. There is no real Error he is just run to the NPC and waiting till it logs out. Tomorrow i will run it again and post some logs.

 

Any News here Megser? Waiting for 70-80
