Ran HB fine all day. Then, while on a quest, it targets an NPC and just sits there while the NPC kills him. After respawn it moves back to the same area and does it again. I am using Kickazz's "Kicks Profiles", "[H - Quest] 1-58". And, here is the latest log.
use Singular v2(more info on Singular's thread) or any other custom CC also make sure that you are using the Quest behaviors file provided by Kick
