Those spiders are part of the daily quests. It's a high-traffic area and as such has a huge risk of getting reported. Especially if you're killing the stuff people need for their daily quest. I'd advise you to go to TH and get leather from the dragonkin there. Much less traffic and the traffic that is there is usually not concerned with the dragonkin.
